The development approach we use at PACE varies from project to project. We are familiar with the following development types:

• Structured Systems Analysis and Design Method

Having worked for several large organisations, PACE have proved that we can quickly adapt to our clients way of working. This may range from familiarising ourselves with your development lifecycle, through to writing the solution using your own set of coding standards.

How we manage projects

All the management staff at PACE are either Prince 2.0 certified, or are training towards Prince 2.0 accreditation.

Our management team have many years of experience working on projects ranging from large multi user, multi site systems like those we have developed for HSBC and the Post office, as well as the smaller projects, which although maybe not as complicated, still require the same attention to planning and management.
