PACE has always demonstrated a thoroughly

Chalmit Lighting
PACE have developed a number of key
systems for Chalmit. This includes Products Management Systems, Order Management Systems and
Bespoke Reporting Systems. Due to the nature of the specialist products Chalmit design and manufacture,
all these systems are highly complex. All these systems have vastly improved Chalmit's production
and management efficiency.
Chalmit produce specialist products for niche markets and our system
requirements are just as specific. PACE were able to meet and exceed
these, often in demanding circumstances, and continue to deliver during our current and rapid period
of growth.

Post Office Ltd
Included in our work is the National Cash Distribution system responsible
for managing all daily forecasting and cash movement between Post Office main cash distribution centres.
There has been a very professional relationship between the Post Office and
PACE over the years, and where support and advice has been required,
PACE has never let us down. PACE has
always achieved all that has been required of them, and have continuously exceeded the scope of our
support contracts to ensure we receive the high level of service we have become accustomed to.

UK Steel Enterprise Ltd
PACE provide development and support of UKSE's main Portfoliio Management
System, a system critical to all operations undertaken by UKSE.
After being let down by our previous programmer mid-way through a redevelopment
of our portfolio management system, we had to find someone to see the project through to the end. That's
where PACE stepped in. They brought an extremely professional approach to
the table and worked very closely with us throughout the development to ensure that we have ended up with
the product we wanted.

VacSax Ltd
PACE have provided sales and managemenst systems to Vacsax for a number of years.
The latest development was the Vacsax distributed CRM system used by the entire Vacsax Sales team throughout the
UK, and managed in the VacSax head office in Plymouth.
We knew basically what we wanted from our Sales Tracking system when we
approached PACE, but were unsure how it could be achieved.
PACE understood our needs from day one, and worked closely with us
to ensure we got the product we wanted. The end result was outstanding - beyond all our expectations,
and has enabled our office to operate much more productively whilst being far more cost effective.

Voluntary Action Sheffield
VAS use PACE for all its complex development needs, and as such VAS has
developed a close partnership with PACE in order to deliver complex but
robust systems not only internally, but nationally to many other Voluntary sector organisations.
After going out to tender to a number of companies for major
re-development of our organisation wide monitoring, management and mailshot systems,
we chose PACE because they demonstrated a far greater
understanding of our requirements, and were able to offer the best advise and support on how
these could be integrated most effectively into our business throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Two years after successful implementation of our systems we still see PACE
as an integral part of our IT infrastructure, so much so that we have teamed up with
PACE to offer our system for use by other voluntary sector and infrastructure
organisations like VAS (see vcconnect.org.uk). Above all, the team at PACE
have always been extremely approachable, and VAS has always enjoyed a great working relationship with
them.
