VacSax

VacSax have commissioned two bespoke software applications from PACE - a Sales Tracking system and a CRM system.

PACE first successfully implemented the Sales Tracking System, allowing VacSax to analyse their sales data in much more detail. VacSax then decided that the sales team would benefit from a centralised CRM system to manage their contacts, appointments and product sales.

The sales tracking system was developed in Access 2000, and uses the inbuilt reporting features to provide analysis of sales data.

The CRM system was somewhat more complicated. The VacSax sales team would need access to a CRM system whether they are operating in the office, or at a clients site. A solution was proposed which allows each member of the team to run a copy of the system on their laptop and when connected to the internet or office network, and functionality to synchronise with a main server database.

We knew basically what we wanted from our Sales Tracking system when we approached PACE, but were unsure how it could be achieved. PACE understood our needs from day one, and worked closely with us to ensure we got the product we wanted. The end result was outstanding - beyond all our expectations, and has enabled our office to operate much more productively whilst being far more cost effective.
